The Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Hostel and Ultimate Fashion, Mr. William Addo, has donated food items worth about Twenty-Six Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHȻ 26,000) to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Food Bank on Thursday, 3rd August 2023. The presentation was made to the Directorate of Student Affairs (DoSA) at the forecourt of the J. Harper Building, KNUST.
The items donated include sixty (60) bags of 5kg Rice, ten (10) cartons of Sunflower Oil, and sixteen (16) cartons of Mackerel in tomato sauce.

According to Mr. Addo, the donation comes as a response to the acknowledged challenges faced by the DoSA in ensuring the well-being of students. He said that these challenges motivated him to act and provide much-needed food items to support students in dire need. He stated that it was an honour for him to be able to provide these items to support the needy students, and he promised that this would not be the last time he would do so.

Receiving the items, the Deputy Director in Charge of Housing and Welfare (DoSA), Professor Marian Asantewaa Nkansah, on behalf of the University Management, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Addo for his continual support. She acknowledged the timely nature of the donation, highlighting its potential to alleviate students' stress and enable them to focus on their academics. She seized the opportunity to request more support as the number of students with needs keep increasing.
The Director of the Directorate of Student Affairs, Professor Wilson A. Agyare also thanked Mr. Addo for his unflinching support in ensuring the utmost well-being of KNUST students. He called on other philanthropists and organisations to come to Macedonia and help.
On behalf of the students, the Vice-President of the Students’ Representative Council (SRC), Miss Deborah Afia Boakye, conveyed their appreciation for the generous gesture. She prayed that God continues to make his business flourish.
